Apartment composed of living, tavern and mezzanine bedroom.
- Children under 5 yers, free.
- Arrival time between 2 and 6 p.m.. In special cases, we ask you to inform us via email.
- Departure time before 12 a.m.. We will not have problems to store your luggage until the end of the day.
The price includes:
heating, air conditioning, coffee maker, microwave, 32 LCD-TV, hairdryer, iron, full kitchen euqipment including dishwasher, safe, towels. Queen-size bed that can be split into 2 single beds upon request. Change of towels and bed linens are once a week.

Refundable security
The refundable security deposit that makes effective the reservation is completely returned in case of cancellation in advance of 7 days. The cancellation request more than the limit of seven days involves the withheld of the deposit amount.
VISITORS’ TAX
The Visitors’ Tax is a local government tax paid by the guests staying in accommodation facilities within territories classified as tourist sites or cities. In Verona, the tax is € 1,50/person per day only for the first 5 days. Children under 14 years of age do not pay.
